So we dont really know about the house on ADA street it has a bunch of flaws infact and so we are kinda iffy on it.
*sighs* we dont need a place until next July but until then it seems like we will just be looking and looking with Ted and Jackie at houses.
We are very blessed by them but it takes work to find a house you know?
so along we trudge, we found another house to look at. Ted says we need to keep looking now becasue the houses will need work and it takes time to finish the sale and la de da. but really a year ahead?

Yeah so I talked to Myrna yesterday and she thinks she can have us in a house in ninety days...first we have to get approved for a mortgage and see what kind of budget were looking at but she didn't think it would take very long. She even thinks they'll get someone to pay all our closing costs since we're first time home owners...maybe you should contact her and see what she says for you and Mack?? It only takes like 30 days to close depending on the home owners and how long they need to move out..once you're approved for mortgage and find a house.

Right now we're looking at a $400 a month house payment. But now Myrna is putting me in touch with a lady at Platte Valley Bank whom she thinks will do a better job of helping us with a loan. $400 a month was with an FHA. If we buy a house before dec 31, 2009 we can get up to an $8000 tax credit (depending how much the house costs). Course the $400 a month payment was only for a 80,000 house. Myrna actually found one in Kearney this morning (well I think it was closer to 90k) but she changed her mind because I guess she's worked with the agent before and knows she does some illegal things and doesn't really want to work with her....
Anyway...I'll keep you up to date as to what the new lady says
